If you still love her, I would tell her in a considerate manner that she changed in a way which is no longer acceptable for you. And I would offer her to do sport/physical activities together or help her to get into it (again). Also offer to change diet together as overall diet influences weight more than sport. If you don't love her anymore, maybe move on...

TL:DR Women may be more conformist than men in general. Also the change in gender roles, originating in the 68er movement, focused more on the liberation of women than change of mens roles. Jup, these are things which are clearly better in the US. I guess in Switzerland its because of the welfare state. Single mothers are the largest group of recipients and they want to minimize the cases where there is no "father" which pays. Except the unmarried mother doesn't want to reveal which bum she let fuck her. Then she can't be forced to tell😅

Law is the same in Switzerland. And you also can't do a DNA test without the mothers approval. Why: Protects the child’s status and avoids social stigma. I believe it's mostly the state as an institution, which wants someone paying for the child and they know the numbers of such children are much higher than most people think. They give a f*ck about "...child’s legitimacy and dignity in society.". Its about money and the state is our enemy.

Reminds me on when a feminist swiss rep. wanted the governement to introduce gender budgeting on a national level. When the first drafts showed an overwhelming benefit for women, they did everything to bury it.
