Hey man, not that you want to hear it, but some incel's NEVER get a single girl. You have 2 years experience with one, whether it was good or bad. And believe me, getting burned by a woman is a good thing. I see guy friends in my 30's that are falling for unicorns (see Hooters workers) and are acting like little school girls in love. They just never had their heart broken enough to see women for what they are. Back to you personally, I'd avoid clubs- full of meat heads. Hit bars instead learn ba…

Haha yeah I hear ya. I'm 5'11" and pretty buff, and when I went to a country music festival I felt like I was tiny compared to some of these country boys. I can't stand Country music, just went to see Skynrd and dance around and had a blast. Too bad, because country music is full of hot chicks. In my case I would have had to work on my game but I used my hate of country music to convince myself i was better than everyone else and unless chicks were dancing to skynrd I was on my own. So I guess t…

Thanks man, will do so. i swap addiction for addiction, sex, drugs, more drugs, bad relationships...but I'm not here to whine or victimize myself- I take full responsibility, but goddamn it when talking to non-adicts and they can't relate it's fucking maddening. Recently read Anthony Kiedis autobiography, twice, and it was one of the things I could relate to the most. People got really angry at him at his story, I felt like it was my kind of story. I know the basics of habits but will check out …

I doubt ill post a pic here although i'm not OP but let me tell you, 30 years of poor posture for me hunched over a keyboard. I started deadlifting and work standing up, highly recommebd this, even if you have to make your own station with boxes. My family has jnown me my whole life and they cant believe my inprovement. I tend to look at the horizon or higher when i walk. No more staring at the ground walkiing into shit.

Nice dude! 36 yr old here, lifting about 5 yr consistently. I never got tired of the gym. Even when i started lifting again with 4 office coworkers (bench and bi bros) they saw me squatting and said it was a chick exercise and id get burnt out. I watched each of them quit and go back to their hunched over office posture and some have health priblems now. I lift for the endorphin rush. I lift to have fun, and even make friends. Women notice a lot. Ive never been rubbed up on by complete strangers…

Are you gay and is your partner hitting you from behind? WTF I have shit all over my back yours looks a white piece of paper. I'll admit it bothered me through high school and after that IDGAF I go to a beach or pool and pop that shirt off. Nobody gives a fuck that I'm scarred and freckled.

Right I was asking if you could share your style as I'm interested. What kind of shoes and clothes do you wear? I'll share mine if you want. Also as someone who's been working out for over 5 years I'd like to think i'm in the top 90% but since i'm natural i'm not even close. Luckily i have a big back , traps and arms so people can usually tell but it's not like i'm in beast mode. There's certain girls that are just attracted to that meat head look.

Wondering what your fashion sense is. I see a lot of guys here say buy stuff with out logo's and go on to recomment H&M tshirts. I can't imagine anything lamer than a pastel h&m shirt or under armour. i personally go pretty funky with my style.

I'm in the same boat with a band member. I refuse to follow him as leader but I do my best to keep a positive attitude. He can not shut up and has to be the center of attention. He starts singing a song and will sing the entire thing while everyone looks around the room. I love him but I could never live with someone like that. The way I handle it is I pray for him. I pray that he continues to improve and good things happen to him. Somehow it works. Kill him with kindness and eventually I stoppe…

Wait what does the screenshot prove? Is the guy saying that the weight loss story was a lie? Do people really make up fake stories like this? I was a little shocked at the change in that amount of time. Also, WTF is up with people saying they just stopped eating junk food and gain all this muscle. I've worked out for years and don't eat junk food and I doubt I'll ever have a 6 pack and I certainly would not get big arms through diet alone.

Stop posting these videos and stop stumbling upon them. You're feeding them attention and possibly money. FFS.

What you're describing isn't mindfulness or meditation. I think you're describing is more a form of futuring. Or I think I've read what you're describing in the book the Charisma Myth. Meditation should not prokoke any emotion and doesn't use visualization. You do not think about the past or future, those cause anxiety and emotion.

This video is fake as shit. All of these prank videos are fake as shit. They are click bait videos that make money off each click. Stop visiting youtube prank videos. Look at how they self entertain when they are alone. Yes, I know, girls have been known to self entertain, but they way they sing, take selfies WITHOUT blurring out the faces, it's all an act and the video creators are taking advantage of you for falling for it. We've had countless "prank" videos identified as hoaxes, you can tell …

I'm similar in some aspects, but I'm in my 30's. There are 2 things I can suggest. Mind you these will only help you. Your overall goal is to daily fucking meditate. You need to be constantly mindful of your emotions or you will submit to anger. So please, start right now if you haven't. Seriously go sit in a room for 5 minutes and focus on your breath. If you're anything like me you cannot afford NOT to practice this every day. Now the 2 suggestions. One is to reframe everything and I mean ever…

Right..bite the bullet and ghost her is the best option. Go home and cry if you must but save your dignity. Also, I think this shows something new.. people using phone cameras to document this stuff to try and publicly shame each other. He doesn't realize he's shaming him self posting this. The only guy I actually respect is the other guy, but even he probably hesitated because he was on camera. If the camera phone wasn't in this scenario, he probably would have got his beta butt kicked, and rea…

What shoes are you rocking? I recently started investing in better shoes. It's strange at first, I felt incongruent wearing them. Plus people that knew me were shocked that I wasn't wearing skate shoes/chucks. No turning back now.

I see it a lot too. It's very frustrating but comes with the power I guess. The girls know exactly what's going on and will sometimes tell me direct "that guy was totally hitting on me". Take it as a compliment and try to maintain cool demeanor. Deep down I think it's a sign that the guy is judging us as having a lower SMV than the women (why's she with this guy?? attitude). An example, I remember listening to Black Phillip show with Jeffery Gurian. He goes off about guys telling the women he wa…

Depending on where you live, seek out a "maker's" community. They are popping up. You may have to search maker space or something. Anyways, I've done a class on welding and plan on blacksmithing. I really am amazed how little most of us know about car repair. Use the class to get your foot in the door and meet people. These places often have yearly memberships which means you get access to the place to work on projects of your own, access to their equipment and resources, and a place in their com…

WTF OP take a break from the internet. go outside and work on people sklls. You're here posting the same shit I can't even logon without seeing one of your fake accounts posting rehashed bitch posts.

That's because it's the same guy. Op just continuously makes new accounts and dumps his garbage mind on this sub.

OP get off trp. I like to come here and check posts once in a while, and every day you're posting from a different troll account, making up excuses. It's fucking pathetic, but more importantly, it's not good for you. Just stop making these shit posts. Yes you make some points, but do you see other users here creating new accounts every week to drive home same points (blondes, college, bombshell, fraternity, location, minority). you're a hack and a loser.

OP is same troll that posts here under different accounts every day. Nothing to see here, delete thread move along.

OP just because you missed out doesn't mean people on this site did. You don't have to give up , either. Just get off the internet for a while, learn some social skills, you'll be OK.

Yeah, the OP is that troll. He posts on both sides of the topic. Check out his user names, and even his post history. How many times will you see the words 'blonde', 'bombshell', 'sorority/frat'... 'asian', 'indian'. Just ignore these posts.

Nope, never going to do this. If you choose to behave this way I'd keep it to yourself, tell no one, and even then I don't agree with it.

Nah, I know plenty of women that have hobbies, actively partake in crafts, build and maintain gardens from scratch, teach others. It's millennial men that are passive and lazy.

OP get off the internet. Go outside. You relentlessly post the same shit under different usernames. The only way to fix your shit is to get off the internet for a while.

You're not alpha. You're a nerd posting on an internet forum. Get off the internet and get to work.

Ignore that stuff. All you need is a timer and a place to sit. Doesn't even have to be quiet, but that helps. Eventually you'll find that your mind quiets just before the timer goes off. When that happens sometimes I just shut off the timer and continue to sit there.

This is a great point and should not be downvoted. Exercise will power and ability to schedule, commit to meditating on your own.

When I started back up training at the age of 30 I couldn't do a pull up (or chin). I read up on doing Negatives. Jump up so your already at the top of the pull up, and lower down slowly. You get used to haveing the muscles activated and eventually i was able to pull myself up at the bottom. Now I can do 12 chins bodyweight, but I prefer to strap on some weight and do higher weight, lower reps.
