First, there are a LOT of healthcare centers. I live in a big city, and there are about a dozen cancer care centers within a mile radius. So it's not exactly a matter of talking to someone and finding out. Second, they don't really seem keen on revealing information. I can't get in touch with any doctors, or his shenanigans start full steam. I have never yet had the chance to see any doctors.
