Whether or not someone at some point has wrongfully been convicted of murder and then executed is irrelevant to the fact that someone who drowned a child in a toilet should be executed. Is there a video of him drowing that kid? Then how do you KNOW he did it? "he confessed" you know how many people "confessed" on death row and were found innocent and to be honest, life without the possibility of parole is worse than death IMO
