Please break up with this man. There are several red flags in this situation. If your fiancé was a HVM, his friend wouldn’t have even gotten to the point of asking you if they can have strippers at the bachelor party. Your fiancé would have already told his friends that he doesn’t want strippers involved and that would be the end of story. The fact that your fiancé’s friend asked you means that your man wants strippers at his party but doesn’t want to get “in trouble” for asking.
