Thank you. Honest to goodness, this forum has taught me so much perspective on what's really important in relationships. I'm beyond grateful.

This is great! Sometimes it's hard to be mindful of our appearance at home. I know my favorite part of the day is when I get to take my bra off. But, I've started to do the same as you and leave it on until bed. Even in pajamas, I feel like I look so much more attractive.

Yes and no. Yes, because it would feel good to get it off my chest. But, ultimately no, because he trusts me to keep his secrets.

My family is the same way. If I dare to mention it hurts my feelings or if I get defensive, they tell my I need to lighten up or that I'm just a big baby. Soooo glad I live 1,500 miles away!

A long time ago, I read something very similar to this concept. It stated that your jealousies reveal the areas you subconsciously know you are lacking in. It's an easy way to identify the areas you need to improve.

Well, I don't have firsthand experience to give personal advice, but I read something on TRP that may be relevant. (If I can find the post, I'll link it) This man was seeking advice on whether or not to keep seeing this woman. Rated her face something like 6/10 and body 9/10. Kept positively referencing her body and personality (I think she was RPWish), but couldn't get over his less-than-excited feelings for her face. The comments seemed to reveal 2 things: if a guy perceives his SMV as higher …

A friend of mine got married at 31, was a virgin. She was always super fun, flirty, sexy, interesting so she dated A LOT. Men were intrigued by her. I think it's more about how you present yourself and these talking points, than anything else, really.

This notebook just contains info about his stories, but I make little notes on my phone about food, clothing, music, etc that he likes.

The Good: SO is about to make some big financial decisions and I just keep assuring him that I trust him to do whatever is right for our family I've managed to include steamed vegetables with our lunch everyday for over a week The Bad: SO is having conflict with a family member right now, and I need to remind myself more often that he doesn't like to be touched when stressed out or mad. This is hard because we are typically very touchy The Ugly: My grandma passed away. The world lost a wonderful…

Glad to have found a community of likeminded women :) I have always been an excellent listener, but also an avid note taker. I always joke that my brain is like Swiss cheese - full of holes!

"pics or it didn't happen" = encouraging him to show off. He was trying to get your attention and it worked. My husband would have my head on a silver platter if I was texting a male coworker about nonsense.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
