Do women ever end a relationship without someone lined up?I think Dr. Glover's line is: "A women is only 10 seconds from her next relationship". Whether they have a cock in waiting or not, they can typically find one with ease. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/11/14 06:14 PM
3 Reasons Why You Will Never Make Gainsso what? I don't train to become more attractive to my wife. Hell her favorite muscle of mine is my bicep, and I fucking hate doing bicep curls. I train because I want the challenge, I want to become stronger, I want that release of primal physical energy. Do it for you man, not for pussy. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/11/14 10:19 PM
Hail to the ladies: NYC's first women-only taxi serviceDespite the less than reputable motivation, this is how the free market should work. If you want to create a business, that competes in the market (haha, sorry, I mean theoretically taxi services face competition), that openly discriminates, by all mean go for it. When/if you fail, that reduces the likely hood of future businesses doing the same thing. And if you succeed, then everyone will benefit. "The man who exercises discrimination pays a price for doing so." | /r/TheRedPill | 14/11/14 03:49 PM
FR: I want a divorceWe all have to start somewhere. It was a little too wordy for me, but reflecting back on my own "I want a divorce" reply, mine was probably too wordy too. The best response I've seen, came from some guy on the NMMNG forums. I'll paraphrase: W: "I want a divorce" H: "Ok. W: "???" H: "I'm going to continue to rock. If you no longer think I rock, the door is right there. Now I'm going to continue watching the game" Internalize that mindset. I'm going to continue improving myself and being awesome i… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/11/14 02:20 PM
If Squats Aren't A Part of Your Lifting Routine, They Should Be, or Why You May Want To Try 5X5 StrongliftsYep. I've always had a nice bubble butt ass. Compliments and attention on it my entire life. Since I started squatting in June, it's now got some real muscle and strength to go with genetics. My wife now wants to put mirrors on the ceiling above our bed when I redo the bedroom, so she can get a view of it while I do my thing. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/11/14 09:55 PM
If Squats Aren't A Part of Your Lifting Routine, They Should Be, or Why You May Want To Try 5X5 StrongliftsI bounce between squat or DL as the best overall exercise for anyone to do. Squats are probably "better" for you for a variety of reasons listed here, but there is just something primal about the DL. You cant' fucking cheat the DL. You can have bad form, and fuck up your back, but there is no 1/4 or 1/2 DL like there is a squat. You have to pick the damn weight up, no short cuts. It's more of a test of your will and determination than it is your physical capabilities. I get so psyched up before … | /r/TheRedPill | 12/11/14 07:09 PM
If Squats Aren't A Part of Your Lifting Routine, They Should Be, or Why You May Want To Try 5X5 StrongliftsThere has been several occasions where my wife has commented on my "manly legs" since I started training. One night she wanted to even try a new position just so she could latch onto them better for the ride. Chest/Biceps/shoulders get the attention, but back, hips, ass, legs, and abs are the muscles you fuck with. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/11/14 07:01 PM
If Squats Aren't A Part of Your Lifting Routine, They Should Be, or Why You May Want To Try 5X5 StrongliftsI could never get the full SS or SL done in 45 minutes. I like to take my time and rest between sets, and usually train with someone, so it's hard to get through all the sets. I split mine into 4 days, and went with only 2 squat sessions (one was a 3x5, one was less reps more intensity). My squats increased dramatically when I started throwing both patterns at it. I'm not sure, where I'm at now, if I could physically handle a 5x5 3x squatting a week. I'd have to drop the weight a lot. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/11/14 06:50 PM
If Squats Aren't A Part of Your Lifting Routine, They Should Be, or Why You May Want To Try 5X5 StrongliftsWhen I first started lifting, I had heard or casually about the 5x5 rep/set range. So on my DL day, I did a 5x5. That lasted a few months, then it just because too much, not enough gains. Later on I found SS and SL and saw the error of my ways. Now I DL about once a week, 3x3 ramp up sets, then 3x3 heavy sets. Still getting the linear progression gains. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/11/14 06:41 PM
Do you ever try to win a woman back? If the answer is yes, how/why?My wife and I almost got divorced at the end of Feb. I had found TRP, through Athol Kay and NMMNG a few weeks before and I was starting to make the necessary changes in my life. After a few weeks of my anger phase, my wife had enough and told me she wanted a divorce. Said she hasn't been happy in years, and she doesn't like my recent behavior. I told her I wanted her to stay and give it a chance for a few months. That I spent years blaming her for everything, but recently realized that some of t… | /r/TheRedPill | 08/11/14 02:26 PM
Women saying: "We are more than just an object"Personal story from a few nights ago. Wife and I were in the middle of foreplay, and right in the middle I stop, look at her and said very matter of factly "I chose you" (I have been reading SGM, and realize I haven't been bringing enough emotions to the sack, relying on just my physical dominance. My statement sparked both an emotional reaction, AND was a statement of HV) She just kind of stared at me starry eyed for a few seconds, until I went back to her titties. "Who did you chose me over". … | /r/TheRedPill | 07/11/14 05:10 PM
Marriage means tending to a woman's perceptionsI've been reading that book in pieces when I get time lately. fucking love it. Really helped me to identity areas I am weak in. Actually helped me realize that sex is a microcosm of our entire relationship, so If i'm not bring enough variety and emotion to the sack; then the day-to-day is lacking that as well. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/11/14 07:05 PM
Marriage means tending to a woman's perceptionsI've said before that the biggest revelation I've had is that most, if not everything she does in respect to our marriage is a reaction to me. By controlling my own actions, her feelings are easy to predict. Yep. Much like you I was already in a bp relationship with a son before I found TRP. Not too blue though, I was still the "leader" and made the tough decisions (because my W openly refused my attempts at making it 50/50), but it was far from being a true captain. When I notice my wife being … | /r/TheRedPill | 06/11/14 07:02 PM
The 12 Levels of Dread: "The Rules" for any Long Term RelationshipDread does have to be more subtle in a marriage. I can be charged with being too aloof and MGTOW at times, and I can see my wife checking out. I don't do enough playing and sparking her emotions. She will go from wild swings of fucking me like crazy one day to barely talking to me the next. It's her feeling uncomfortable with TRP changes, but equally turned on. The BEST dread for a LTR, is organic. It's largely preselection based, where you are running just enough game on another women to get th… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/11/14 07:54 PM
PSA: Stick to TRP even if you decide to have a LTRYeah. THe few times I get that question, I just reply with a simple no. I don't walk around smiling all the time, so I"m sure that's why she's prodding. Just wondering if there were some good A&A or pressure flips to work with. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/11/14 04:57 PM
PSA: Stick to TRP even if you decide to have a LTRWhat about "are you mad?" or "what are you mad at?" with no direction in the question. I get that a couple times, even when I'm fine. Never quite know how to spin it. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/11/14 01:51 PM
PSA: Stick to TRP even if you decide to have a LTRIt's the best play I got in my marriage, works EVERY SINGLE TIME. The best dread in a LTR cant' be set up or faked, it happens organically from being a high value man. Like when another preschool mom checks me out and flirts with me in front of my wife. Or when we go out, and hot waitress/hostess hooks us up with perks because, ya know. The best is when the young 20s waitress just completely ignores my wife and only interactions with me, the king. Last time the latter happened, my wife was tryin… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/11/14 01:22 PM
Women shaming you = a sign you're doing something right?Yep. I love it when my wife calls me selfish, an asshole, or a dick. Means I'm on the right path. I used to get butthurt over the selfish though. "Bitch who do you think puts the food in your mouth, the roof over your head, and the dick in your pussy?" But now I just smirk and silently applaud myself. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/10/14 11:48 AM
How to raise my 6 year old son to be alpha?Agreed. Action not words. My son is 4, and I try to involve him in every activity I do around the house: car maintenance, yard work, killing spiders, being outdoors/in the woods, etc. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/10/14 09:34 PM
This is a aggregated computer generated image of the Average male body in developed countries. It's surprisingly easy to be average.Correct. My % just an estimate. I have the "bulging abs" look right now. After a hard day of training I can see a very light 6 pack, but general day to day they are not visible. I have a decently defined adonis belt too. I know I can get the defined abs, but that's not my primary goal right now. I have been adding/weight muscle since I joined a gym in April. The few months before that I lost 15+ lbs of fat going low carb. I'm basically back to my "old" weight, but with a much different compositi… | /r/TheRedPill | 30/10/14 05:39 PM
I still feel beta...A marathon that can and will have setbacks. I experienced one recently, still pushing myself through. I had been rocking out since I took the RP in Feb, but over the past few weeks I have found myself wanting that external validation. Stems from a few different issues in my life/marriage, but the crux of it is, I'm still working through years of bad social/environmental conditioning. Go do something that improves yourself, and that you enjoy. The more that task uses masculine thought and energy,… | /r/TheRedPill | 30/10/14 02:24 PM
This is a aggregated computer generated image of the Average male body in developed countries. It's surprisingly easy to be average.Love looking at things like this. Nice to see how much valuing my health and appearance puts me above normal I'm a tick above average height (5'11"), a tick above average weight (185#), with an "overweight" BMI at 26. But I only have a 32 inch waist and a BF% around 15-18%. BMI can suck my balls. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/10/14 01:39 PM
David Deida's The Way of the Superior Man is a treasure trove of Red Pill Wisdom.Such a great book. Little too new-age-y for my taste, but I was still able to grab a lot of good information from it. The talk about masculine and feminine energy, and how every body has a little of both, and how they attract each other, helped me realize the type of women I've always been attracted to, and why my wife was attracted to me. It really did help me get over my anger phase after I read NMMNG & MMSL primer. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/10/14 01:29 PM
LTR GAME: More Emotion. Less Logic.yes I needed this reminder. I took the RP in Feb, as I was depressed and didn't know why. Things started to turn around right away and have been trending upwards for a while in myself and my marriage. We're been in a rut the past 4-6 weeks. It all crystallized for me last night as I got less than enthusiastic sex for the first time in a long time. I have been so stressed cranky out extra hours at work, she's been dealing with some back issues, our son started preschool, etc etc; We just became r… | /r/TheRedPill | 29/10/14 03:07 PM
