Treadmills are actually deceivingly impactful on your knees and back. Avoid them if possible.

I wrote a comment on this post as someone with expertise on yoga and men's fitness. It unfortunately got posted as a standalone thread under the title of "Men need flexibility more than woman". If someone knows how to link it to this thread, that would be great. Otherwise, if this subject is of interest, check it out.

Cardio is really any repetitive movement that increases your heart rate. It can be easy on your knees like cycling (indoors or out) or jogging/ moving in water up to your chest, elliptical trainers (if they don't bother your knees) etc. If you start there and then work into slowly stretching the muscles of the front of your thighs and backs of your calfs, you might well find your knees bugging you quite a bit less.

This post was supposed to be a comment on another MGTOW thread about how yoga was developed by and for men but was corrupted by woman in modern times. It wound up as a separate topic here because I am new to Reddit and it seems a little out of context as a standalone post. Please see that other thread for more context.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
