It's funny how as a society we're perfectly OK with drafting men into conscripted service and forcing them to die. Yet women are the ones we're told to feel sorry for due to their victimization.

You just don't get it. I'm not talking about a specific fucking video. It's a concept. If we get comfortable as a society with women fighting in the military then the draft discussion can take place. Therefore, this video accomplishes that in a small way. How many damn times do I have to spell it out? Should I write it on your forehead? And it's not "their own gain". They're not fighting for oil or gold. Just how draft are you? Feminist are very uncomfortable with the idea of women required to d…

You're retarded. One of the biggest issues in MR is the draft and military service. If the public gets used to the idea of women being in the military maybe we can give them the equal right of being able to die for their country involuntarily. I've never heard them ask for that one. Were you born in 02? That explains a lot. Not living in the pre 9/11 world can warp your view.
/r/MensRights27/02/15 11:18 PM

Yes because it's encouraging discussion on the issue that military service is mandatory only for men in many countries.

If my girl ever did that once she'd be out of the house real quick. Twice and I'd be calling the fucking cops. You can't tolerate things getting physical if you're a man. Once it goes to that point, you're always going to lose in the eyes of everyone.

Uhh we do what we want. I don't have morals like that. If a chick has a dude willing to invest emotionally and monetarily good for him but obviously there's a need not being met if she lets some dude at the bar make out and feel her up.

I can't believe this wasn't obvious to more people. It's clear that he has socialist sympathies but despises imperialism and the militaristic attitudes of Stalin's communism.

Is it just me or does this suggest there needs to be an uprising against men... for their own benefit?

Yes they do but our primitive mind does not comprehend condoms or birth control being a barrier to this after intercourse.

A sound argument against Aerik doesn't really need much logic, because he/she is already so illogical that even the most basic logical conundrums can rock the very foundation of the shitstorm that is Aerik's ideals.

If she has the kids only 50% of the time and has a very marketable degree, this seems like utter bullishit to claim. There are many places that will hire someone of any degree that pay 50k+. Fuck, she's probably surprised the gravy train has been this good, this long.

If the ex spouse makes a decent living, then why the holy fuck do you have to pay anything? This system was supposedly set up to ensure the wellbeing (survival needs like food/shelter) of divorcees but now it just seems to just keep the money flowing regardless of any situation. Best of luck my friend, you have taught me a few things about our system even if I can't provide any help. Good luck.

When a woman accuses me of homosexuality, I offer to prove my heterosexuality to them personally (depending on attractiveness.) While I'm sure women have there share of homophones I still think conservative men take the cake. It's more of a passive aggressive tactic than a belief.

A friend of my father's had a good saying for times like this: "if you're looking for an excuse, any one will do." It's alot easier to blame the big bad misogynist man in upper management than to take responsibility.

Boys need an adult male influence in their life. It's basic human nature, in hunter gatherer times the men would be responsible to teach the boys woodcraft, hunting, whatever other knowledge required to survive as well as helping them mature emotionally. Inner city kids grow up in single parent homes, and look at how most of them end up. There's a reason why sports and boys and girls clubs are so successful in helping troubled youth; our primitive minds need certain basic influences to operate s…

Then you're not really looking. Even if they didn't use derogatory language it wouldn't mean that they are standing on moral high ground. Obviously in her mind it doesn't count when a woman accuses a man of "thinking with his dick".

told him that feminism seeks equality for the sexes. He then looked at me and said "Why don't you call yourself a humanist?" I'm going to remember this, thanks for the insightful post. Do you hate women? No, I love them very much and I think the world would be an awful place without a feminine influence. I do have a serious problem with most feminists, I will admit. The one thing that really pisses me off to no end is feminists who insist on changing the English language to promote "equality". F…

They are bitter because they can't get laid. I have no problem with the majority of women (in fact, I very much enjoy their company in the quiet hours of the evening), I just don't like self entitled feminist bitches. If they want equality, fine, but It shouldn't come with the little perks ( baseless preferential treatment in courts etc) of the old system that so enrage us rational human beings.

It's not rape if you enjoy it, fuckwad. congratulations on not getting her pregnant whilke she raped you. if you had, you'd be on the line for child support. even if you did convince the judge it was rape. http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/75xay/faq_2_are_men_and_boys_who_are_raped_really_being/ also, you're fortunate that she didn't give you an STD. Downvote opinions if they are there for the sole purpose of riling people up and "sticking it to the man". Opinions that add to the discussion and encourage reasoned debate should never be downvoted.

I like how she insults men for being irresponsible, condemns the pill on the grounds they might forget to take it, and then admits to being forgetful when taking her own pill later on in the article. I can’t even remember to take my pill on time every day – and I’m the one that could potentially face 18 years of child support. Is this a satire article or is it just shittily written?

My solution: homosexual marriage is allowed, however certain institutions have the right whether or not to recognize/endorse a marriage. Say there's a society is formed called the "American Christian Marriage Society" that supports the idea of heterosexual marriage, Jesus, families ect. A person seeking an recognition with that institution can apply for an endorsement (providing proper documentation and the signature of whomever performed the marriage). There will be some sort of seal applied to…

I like to think of it this way - if there's a diamond in a piece of dog shit, wouldn't you pick it out and keep it? Same with words - if someone's a fucking idiot, but they coin a useful word why not adopt said word?

If you haven't read the Reddiquette yet, I strongly advise you to do so. If everyone read this, the world (at least this small corner of it) would be a better place. Of course, with all the healthcare hullabaloo going on at the moment, reddiquette has been largely abandoned in favor of mudslinging and sensationalism. Still, it should be read and adopted by everyone in this community.

This is awfully disturbing. People need to wake up, and realize the feminist movement isn't about equality anymore. I'm sure many of these men had families to support, and now they have to deal with a 25% pay cut, as well as inflation and rising commodities prices. They never stopped for one moment to think, ponder why men are paid more than women. Historically men have been the "breadwinners" of the home, and were responsible for the family's income. (Maybe this is behind the times, but i'm sur…

I think she's well past the point of wanting equality among the sexes; her goal seems to be radical promotion of feminism and the domination of men by women. Sadly, this is where the majority of the feminist movement seems to be going now days, especially since there's not a whole lot of inequality left in the western world, and the nonprofit people want to keep their cushy jobs. Thankfully, they are a tiny fraction of the male population, and most men wouldn't give MRAs the time of day, Not tru…

Umm.. duh? Of course they would be in favor of that you stupid fuckers. Why take a survey asking if someone would want undeserved vacation? And who the hell answers no to that? You can take all the bullshit surveys you want, just don't try to use the bullshit results as concrete evidence. “This is a nonsensical idea in the best of times. But in the deepest post-war recession, granting rights to women without children would be foolish.” Thank you voice of reason...

"all of the problems in society, including the number of abortions and homosexuals, and the national debt," Maybe the number of circumcisions performed in hospitals were down during the bush years? Everybody, if you haven't already, get circumcised to alleviate the national debt. Be a patriot! This is a good idea, but it seems wrong to live with that fear based mentality. I think a much better idea would be to stay in public places for the first few dates. A little common sense can go a long way, especially when dealing with the "what if" fantasy.
