My kids adjusted rather quickly. Went from living together with their mom to 50/50. Week on week off rotation. They are younger. 3 of them 10, 8 and 6. Every once in a while, they'll ask to stay with me all the time, or stay with their mother all the time. They also learned quickly they can try to use us against each other. Fortunately we get along much better now then we ever had after having children. We basically let our kids decide where they wanna stay and how long and let them hash it out …

Get a lawyer. Start talking to some. Explain the huge difference in income. You'll do fine. You have to lawyer up. My ex made similar demands and makes double what I make. I ended up keeping the house and 50/50 split custody. I carry health and dental insurance. She pays for the majority of sports. I pay for winter sports. I did sue her in civil court for slander, loss of income, pain and suffering and won 🤣 I was petty asf but thats an entirely different story. Again. Lawyer. I would of been fu…

Did the doctor even ask her? I just took all 3 of my kids to their yearly check ups. Doctor only asked about the flu shot. Imagine filing a contempt to find out the doctor never asked or recommended it....

You need to realize it's over. She's adamant about a divorce? What's to stop her from wanting one again in the future? You should go see a therapist outside of marriage counseling. Surround yourself with friends and family outside of her. Work on being independent. It sucks. It's heartbreaking. Everyone here has gone through it. It's painful. It's not easy. And it's scary. And depressing. But you can't control what she wants.

Your best. Immediate. Approach right now is to go to the court. File paper work Immediately saying she kicked you out. My ex tried that shit. I went right to the courthouse. Turned it into a court battle over the house. Proved she couldn't afford it on her own well before any custody battle. Then when she filed the custody shit it didn't play out well for her at all. You need to file everything asap in case she gets spiteful and tries any domestic violence bullshit. Make her evict you. Make her …

Find a hobby. Something outdoors. Join groups around that hobby. Hiking and autox got me through all my bs. Met some amazing friends along the way.

Letting you stay in an rv on the property..... Talk to a lawyer asap. Retain a lawyer. I made my ex evict my ass. And she lost and I got the house. Forget all that nonsense.
