You leave this comment unedited after being shown the train tracks they were standing on.

You can see this specific scuffle around the 1:05 mark in the video that accompanies this article. https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2018/07/31/marchers-block-light-rail-in-protest-of-thurman-blevins-shooting-decision/ A black guy was shot after cops repeatedly asked him to drop his gun. The prosecutor saw the body cam footage and decided not to press charges, which is what sparked this specific protest.

https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2018/07/31/marchers-block-light-rail-in-protest-of-thurman-blevins-shooting-decision/ At 1:05 in the video we see the same woman that's in our video here. Case closed, troll.

All I did was ask you a simple question, and you're the one that sperged out. You called me a troll several times, but now you admit you're the one that's trolling. You say I'm infuriated, despite the fact that you're the one who's clearly upset by the facts of the situation. I have to assume you're calling me a racist, because you're projecting that too.

At least you acknowledge you're lying. ;)

Because "protester" is not a race. I didn't even notice they were BLM until you pointed it out.

You never bothered to look at my other sources, so I'm not surprised you didn't look at the map either. They are standing across two sets of tracks. You can clearly see people standing on the tracks between seconds 10-15. Looking at the map makes it easier to see, but those are pretty obviously rails in the background. Stop lying. These people don't want your lies to cover up their civil disobedience.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/09/18 05:42 PM

Look, I know you really want to believe that they were 100% innocent, but you should know you're doing a disservice to their cause by repeating that claim. Civil disobedience is the stated goal. Lying about events to claim that they're acting within the law undermines that. And the video clearly shows that they're blocking the road at the very least, but it looks like they're probably blocking the tracks too. Lying while there's video evidence right here is a bad look for you.

I've never claimed that BLM is ab-normal when it comes to protesting. If I had to guess, you're talking about this comment. That suggests that it's a BLM protest, which is actually evidence against your claim that normal people can freely pass through the group. In this context, "normal" refers to non-protesters. That comment also provides the sources you're asking for, but I further breakdown their significance here, in response to your claim that these marches are lawful protests with permits.

Mind updating your comment? Your incorrect information is confusing to u/The_Hollapainyo.

Between the two of us, I'm the only one that's sourced any of my claims. You're projecting your racism onto me, because it's the only tool you have left when you're so clearly outmatched in argumentation.

I was an attack. On a sign. It was was robbery. Pfffft! lol, OK It was destruction of property paper. FTFY It was dealt with. Hopefully. The officer was standing right there, so maybe he can give the sign ripper a ticket and the puncher a trip to the pokey.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/09/18 03:08 PM

Stopping vandalism in progress is what we are talking about. FTFY. There wasn't an attack involved until someone decided to retaliate over a piece of fucking paper.

So that group for one, can’t be blocking an entrance to a train station, that would be unlawful, Protest groups have been breaking small laws like this for attention for a while. & you can clearly see she can walk around this group. Do you have another video that gives you this information? The one I watched has too tight of an angle to determine this.

The original purpose of cuck was to imply your politicians weren't representing your wishes. They were cheating on you with lobbyists and other politicians in order to get their satisfaction, but still lying and saying they were faithful to the constituency. That's why the accusation was primarily leveled at "cuckservatives" at the start. The GOP had basically given up on secure borders in a bid to attract more brown catholic voters.

Thank you for this honest response. I think that's entirely reasonable, by the way. Can I ask... Did my question sound like sexism to you? Several people in this thread took it that way, and I want to know if there's something I can do better in the future. I'm not a man, and I'm interested in the differences in our thinking, but getting accused of any "ism" is a fucking drag and I feel the need to bantz it back.

Thanks for your answer, asshat1983. I really appreciate the time you've put in here. Women can say whatever they want, most of them does NOT feel aggressed or whatever. But hey, let's not talk sense here, let's just play ''offended olympics''! Well, I guess the first gold medal goes to you. If women really felt they where being ogled, they would stop wearing sports bra as ''appropriate'' gym wear. Who the fuck cares? Why are you making this about women? The reality is men and women are different. It's hard to know that on Reddit. Bunch of soyboys have adopted the argumentation habits of all their cat-lady ex-girlfriends. If this were a physical place, I'd offer my spare tampons to the gentlemen who are so obviously on the rag. NAXALT. NAXALT as far as the eye can see.

Serious question: Do you actually want a male-only section, or was it a shit test to see if they were equitable people? If you actually want one, is it for the same reasons a woman might want them (freedom from feeling oggled by the other gender) or is it something different? Edit: Apparently I didn't make this obvious enough - I'm not saying women don't ogle. I just want to know if "getting ogled" is something you care about.

I suppose this is a reference to the disclaimer-in-the-credits that I suggested I didn't bother reading every entry on this thread, I don't have that kind of free time. Disclaimer in the credits is less retarded than the solution suggested at the top of this thread by order of magnitude, but still kinda retarded. How many kids do you know that read the credits? It's cool that it costs nothing, but is it worth implementing if it also fixes nothing? This is elementary school vocabulary; are you in…

the front page goes back 5 days right now, you probably could have seen it yesterday, Is this how you browse Reddit? Look at "the front page" of each specific sub you're interested in? I think most people just sub to a bunch of things they like and then let the Reddit algorithm push stuff to their curated "front page." That doesnt mean its good for the sub to be reposted over and over. It's certainly better than allowing the Reddit algorithm to gloss over entries like this.

TL;DR The problem you've noticed is entirely valid, but the solution you've suggested is fucktarded at best. If you think we're all just disassociated hormones and electrical impulses firing without value, meaning, or reason, we will never agree in this discussion. Interesting that you see it as an either/or stance. Either we're all so connected it's necessary that I fact-check my toilet-time entertainment, or we're all just bio-mass. Point to where I said obvious? Not once in my entire post. Pick one, please. It's either obvious enough that "basic fact checking" can clarify the origin/purpose of this video, or it's not. Don't sit the fence just because you're aware of the tough sell on fact-checking Youtube randos. Pointing out facts and telling people to be careful is considered outrage to you, really? Nah, probably had more to do with the several-paragraphs-long effort post you made to debunk the video.

I've read articles recently where men in leadership positions are treating women as radioactive (refusing to mentor, refusing to be alone with them, socialize, etc) due to the threat of having some made up #MeToo nonsense ruin their careers. My husband and I run a tech business, and he just asked me to mentor one of our female employees for this exact reason. I'm working with her, but she's not getting the best guidance. Like, I really love this work, but I've only been at it for about a decade …

Naw, I like working with my spouse too much. Our company is small, and we're not trying to build something we can hand off when we retire. C-level ambitions, eh? Best of luck, dude. That's way more pressure than I'd ever seek out for my own career, and I am very glad that others do.

I got in through nepotism, and I'm still settling on what my niche might be. I've tried writing, design, development, PM, and QA roles. My favorite gigs see me working with legacy software, or some company's in-house proprietary software. I also like picking through other people's train wrecks and fixing them. Been at this for over a decade and still haven't settled on something. The only stuff I don't fuck with is the database end, so maybe I'm a product manager at heart.
/r/PussyPassDenied08/02/18 03:46 PM
1

Nope, and that's a horrible guess, lol. I refer to our end "product" in order to not give away my industry. I don't think product management is even a role that's available in my particular tech cult, because we don't make stuff for the general public.
/r/PussyPassDenied08/02/18 03:00 PM
1

I think that's a fair hiring practice. A lot of non-technical PMs would likely self-select out, and the ones who didn't know they should self-select out likely have difficulties setting realistic expectations. That said, "technical" is a very broad classification. The best PM I've ever seen in action was "technical" in that he knew how to use Microsoft Office.

All that to say, experience could lead to less friction if the person in question is already good at leading. If they lack the soft skills necessary to lead a team, no amount of experience can possibly offset that shortcoming.
/r/PussyPassDenied07/02/18 05:47 PM

Not in my personal experience, but I'm aware that's anecdotal. A couple years ago, my spouse worked a project where the manager had 0 experience in our specific industry. They were far and away the best PM he's ever had the pleasure of working with. In contrast, we just wrapped another project where the lead has been working in this field longer than both of us combined. Motherfucker never missed a chance to make his problems our problems, and he constantly threw us under the bus. The difference…

which is fine if they have the background to support that hire but most of them seem to have little to no IT experience at all. If the role is more project management oriented, they may not necessarily require loads of experience with whatever IT project they're managing. Of course, I've seen tons of project managers who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag, but that's a whole other sack of assholes.

Divisive political rhetoric exists in every democracy. That's not unique to the US. Let's not resort to victim-blaming. "But other countries do it!" is not a valid excuse. It's not "victim-blaming" to say that this type of rhetoric is only useful to people who seek to divide. They used real, known people, acting in official capacities, to get ahead of exactly these sorts of troll attacks. If I provided you more information, would you care to read it? Feel free to list any sources you'll outright…

If it weren't for the divisive political rhetoric, Russian trolls would've had to find another foothold. Though, to be fair, they don't seem to have much of a foothold at all. My hobby is video games. As such, I've stumbled across a fair number of Russians. The vast majority of them don't speak English. The ones that do, don't speak/type it very well. They are not on the women's side. I'll acknowledge my pussy privilege here and say that I know damn well Google wouldn't fire a woman for posting that memo (at least not immediately.) However, that's more due their convergence than any sort of loyalty to vag. You can bet your straight, white, penis-adjacent ass that a woman expressing views like this would not be heard. She'd be more likely to keep her job, but she'd be signed up for sensitivity training and likely assigned some sort of morality…
