LOL, no, idealogical hate groups who should be labelled as "anti-patriarchal" are often labelled as feminists, which is a misnomer, not a case of feminists gone wild. go into the real world, meet some people, find out more about them than an initial impression, it will help with this issue you have.

so, point proven. you assume in your response that all/majority of feminists are crazy radicals filled with hate. it's no coincidence that those ones are the loudest and most visible, but it's regular reasonable people who make up a majority of feminists. we just don't feel the need to spew it.

damn, half of y'all didn't read it. it gives the prosecutors info to work with, yes. but the judge gets to see the evidence and decide if it's relevant. this is to prevent the defense from introducing irrelevant info to paint the accuser in a "slutty" light, that shouldn't have any effect on the trial. If anyone followed the case of derrick rose (NBA player) last summer, his camp introduced a lot of sexts that were lewd to smear the accuser, not because they indicated consent, or had anything to…
