Good point, I also need to be careful with under delivering, I do talk a good game, but don't always deliver and it must be disappointing. I would be in their shoes.

40 seconds balls out sprints? I'd average that down to 200m (half an Olympic stadium). When I was playing running back 10 x 100m sprints would cunt us. Recommending that to someone who doesn't know how to correctly warm up, stretch and run and who doesn't have an athletic base is like dropping the clutch every time you start you start your car: not fucking recommended. Start with jogging, if you want to learn how to sprint join an athletics club.

You're gonna learn shit like discipline, getting things done when you don't want to, learn how to set goals, plan for them, stick to those plans and correct those plans when life gets in the way. You're gonna learn how your body works and you'll be more in tune with it. You'll have a purpose and a goal towards which you're working. You'll lear…

Brohan, you're me to a t. I was also a virgin till I was 24. And the year and a half before that I was in a sexless "relationship" cos the chick was a virgin and didn't know what her pussy wanted. First off, you sound depressed as shit right now. I've had bouts of that too. It sucks. Only way to get out of it is to break your routine and push yourself to do something new. As cliched as it sounds...exercise is the best solution. I started off hitting the gym first, then tried a few sports before …
