I don't see any blaming there. There are some assumptions that a job loss not a real cause of the divorce but just a proxy instead. It may be issues that are caused by a job loss (stress etc) or issues that resulted in involuntary unemployment (felony, health issues). It is simple correlation analysis. There are no opinions on which party is guilty because it is irrelevant in science discussion.
