My dad turned out pretty good. Almost 50 and still has a full head of not-grey hair, 6' and is under 170. Goes to the gym and rides his bike so he's still pretty in shape. I think what makes men hit the wall later than women is the rugged look isn't seen as as much as a negative. The men who sort of get fucked and hit the wall early are the ones with balding issues. Pretty unfortunate when a guy has no hair on the top of his head at 30.
