Omg the reviews were saying the staffs (i.e. plural) were incompetent but here are several of the answers: We take client service seriously, however this review is not from a former or current client. Instead it is a response to a highly-publicized trial in which Mr. Rottenborn is part of the legal team. We support Mr. Rottenborn and his efforts on behalf of the firm's client. Rotternborn is clearly being thrown under the bus! Jesus.
