Trust me looks and money won't fix that. I've been told I have above average looks and have money; still I've had my fair share of women leaving and cheating. Also lets say i was scared to touch her i would do half the movement. So if i was scared to put my arm around her. I would then try to break it down to like a tap on the shoulder and slowly escalate from there the end goal being my arm around her shoulder. Think small steps or even smaller when scared.

I had this issue too. Try gently tapping her to tell her to look over there at x. Then start talking about that thing. This gave me confidence because not only am I touching her but its also involved in directing the conversation.
