I don’t see what that’s supposed to prove. Did no one in this thread really ever experience a level-headed divorce even once in their lives? Women could initiate 100% of all divorces, it still wouldn’t prove that they initiate divorces “much nastier” than men except on a hollow technicality. I typically just follow threads by clicking the most recent comment of mine and seeing if there are replies. My inbox gets cluttered pretty quickly with the sheer amount of comments I post. Unless you’re talking about that guy who provided a link saying something about divorce rates by gender, which is pretty irrelevant to a statement like “women break up with men more viciously and more often,” then feel free to re-provide the link.

This is from some comedian but it's still true. How do women manage to sit their entire ass into the toilet bowl? That study you linked, or at least the first one, has a rate of 40 out of 120 rapists who committed just one rape. I was off on the amounts, but there are definitely a lot of people who aren't serial rapists but pull off sexual assault once or twice.

The FBI estimates that around 3% of rape claims are false. That's 97% that aren't, and most rapists never get any jail time. I'm sorry that the guy got jail time for nothing, but that guy is a statistical outlier, not the norm. We shouldn't be focusing on the 3% until the 97% is a smaller number.
