Yeah no, it actually goes like this: Trump wins > Russian victory in Ukraine > Chinese invasion of Taiwan or Russian invasion of the Baltics > WW3 > Draft and nuclear exchange. If Putin loses in Ukraine > China will back down long enough for the Taiwanese chip factories to relocate to the Americas > WW3 averted.

Ukrainians have long decides they want to be free and partner with Europe, since 2014 actually. It's not hard to decide once you see the great successes of Poland and the Baltics, and the hopelessness of Belarus and many parts of Russia itself outside Moscow and St Petersburg. Add the illegal occupation of Crimea and parts of the Donbass and it's a no brainer
