I used to be in your shoes. The bad news is that it will only get harder from here. If you're doing well in high school (good SAT, good GPA, solid list of extracurriculars), you are a big fish in a small pond full of small fish. If you get into a top university (say top a 5 school where I went), you are now a big fish in a lake full of other big fish. What do you want to achieve by moving? If it's for professional reasons, I would urge you not to leave the US (I'm assuming that's where you are currently). If you don't really care about your career, then I would recommend eastern europe or south america. Super low COL. Beautiful women. Laid back people. But I have to ask, what is your plan to generate income if you move?

This is why you need to have multiple griddles fired up on the stove at once. I have been in these situations, but I do OK emotionally when they end, because I am seeing other girls who I am equally attracted to and have great connections with. When you get to this point, you will just feel wistful for a bit as you bid them goodbye, knowing you will probably never see this person again in your life, and a great connection was just severed. But that's it. You know there's another one around the c…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
