The same thing could be said about young teenage girls, plenty of them fawn over the younger guy teachers and talk about how much they'd love to get with them. These laws always seem to come off as made by people who don't understand interaction with the opposite sex and human sexuality, ones who have never really gone out and hooked up with random people of the opposite sex and had sex.
