Some people prefer blue eyes, other brow eyes. Some don't have stark preferences on the matter. You can definitely pull German girls, regardless of your eyes color

I don't think that one can interpret a woman's willingness to pay the way you did. A woman who is having a good time may just offer if she is in the mood. Especially if you follow the drink with a restaurant. She pays for the drink, you pay for the restaurant EDIT : I just saw that OP paid for the drinks, so she paid for the second round. It seems fair here and not a bad sign from her.
