It would be the corner stone to start legally defending ourselves. They would have to have a real argument as to why they won't hear because it would mirror almost every major civil rights case which was upheld. Saying yes to one and no to other would be blatant contradiction to what they have said in the past. I am not saying that it'll be easy or an end all. Just a beginning.

She has always been a favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. I thought that she was an unknown author until I went to college, and then seen the absolute ire that academia held for her. It was then I realized that what people do and say aren't always the same thing.
