If you watch the video closely, you can see the bullets smoke manifests on the officer’s body before he could pull the trigger, then he fell on to the ground. She definitely shot him first, with multiple shots. He was lucky it wasn’t fatal. It happened so quickly that I was surprised how she was able to grab the gun so fast while being tased.
