1	ENOUGH! How to Stop Being TIRED All the Time: Julien's Top 5 Sleep Tips (Overcome Chronic Fatigue) I have catathrenia. I sound like a balloon letting out air very slowly. Sometimes that results in headaches from essentially holding my breath. I’ve had two sleep studies but don’t sleep weekends enough for it to show up but after the second test I decide to use my phone to record it. It happens pretty much every night.
