Non seduction books that have helped me with womenLove Languages is by Erich Fromm right? If not, who is it by? I'll have to check out some on this list! My recent ones that I read that REALLY helped me are "Man's Search for Himself" by Rollo May, and "The Art of Loving" by Erich Fromm. I also picked up a bunch of books on Stoicism that I think will be beneficial to self-development. "Man's Search for Himself" in particular is great for anyone who wants to get a different perspective on the whole "Spend time on you, then the girl" idea. | 1 | The Myth of ConfidenceYeah, that's sort of how I feel too. Everyone has their own beliefs of what certain things are. Anyway, thanks for responding! | /r/seduction | 05/03/16 12:04 AM
The Myth of ConfidenceNo that was great! I know some friends who have read it and they said same things you said like how it was incredibly well written and other points you made on specific points. Despite all of this though, they said that they didn't really see a huge positive message behind their beliefs. It seems to be entirely subjective though, because I can see how I don't agree with all of the beliefs you mentioned, but I can definitely take something away from what you mentioned. | /r/seduction | 04/03/16 08:40 PM
The Myth of ConfidenceI've heard that Peter Kropotkin, Albert Camus and Nietzsche all have negative context to their writings. I'm sure that they are applicable to confidence and life-affirmation, but do you mind me asking your thoughts on any of their books? | /r/seduction | 04/03/16 07:10 PM
This helped me out a lot a while back, felt it deserved a repost. "Nice guys, Listen up"Yeah same here man. The audiobook of this didn't bother me too much, but I can see how that can be interpreted as cringy. I'll have to check out Models, I haven't heard of it before. Thanks for the explanation! | /r/seduction | 04/03/16 03:36 AM
This helped me out a lot a while back, felt it deserved a repost. "Nice guys, Listen up"I actually didn't think it was that bad. Do you have a specific example that was cringy? | /r/seduction | 04/03/16 02:49 AM
