1	Let's talk about consent. right, but with EULAs the company cannot sue you for what you have done prior to termination of services (without good reason) the way consent laws work is that you essentially sign an EULA that you can't read prior to engagement, and that the consequences of the service provider disliking your actions is that they can sue you for damages and throw you in jail. On a more vanilla (actually maybe less vanilla) setting, people who engage in S&M or other sexual activities are dealing with circumstances that are so far beyond what advocates of buyer's regret could be considering that such silly beliefs don't apply whatsoever.
