I imagine female on female rape isn't very common, but I can't make an assertion without any numbers. 29	Don Draper Was Raped She does not assert flat out that men are raped as often as women. The lifetime numbers for men are still much lower (rape + sexual violence for women is 75 million v.s. 26.5 million for men), even though the 12 month "made to penetrate" and "rape" numbers are the same. Given that fact, I have no problem believing that men are more likely to rape than women are. My personal hypothesis is that a lot of guys in the MRA space are just blind to their own shortcomings and thus pin the blame on the girls they can't get with for liking "douchebags."
