I also believe that you have to deal with the shadow of your past, they know how you were and probably still think of you that way, that’s why the new people you met respect you, because they only know your new attitude , so don’t give a fuck about the old people and try to build your new person around new people

6 hrs and I work graveyard shift, in my 2 days off I try to get some hours back by sleeping 9-10 hrs. I can work fine if I get 5, less than that is awful, however I’m making a big effort in getting at least 7 hrs since sleep is very important. If you lift you need to recover, also hormones like testosterone and cortizol are linked to sleep, I believe fat storage may be also linked with poor sleep, so if you can afford to sleep 8 hrs then do it otherwise at least try to get quality sleep.

As it sounds, that is what happened, what do you want me to tell you? Also I didn’t just stood there, I went and kicked the guy to help my brother get up

Yes, noob gains and fat, I was at 13% body fat and went up to 19%, the rest was muscle which is like 14 pounds according to the nutritionist

You are right, it could have been different but I believe the fact remains, lifting weights would help you in a situation were being strong is an advantage, they would have a harder time taking you down and you would resist more punches I’ll say. As Mark Bell says strength is never a weakness

It was my first fight and I was drunk I kicked the way you normally kick a soccer ball to shoot hard and I could have hit part of the forehead I guess, thanks for the advice

Yes, I know there are some countries were the use of guns are normalized, in here if you are carrying a gun you are probably a theft so it’s really not an option, it isn’t normal to have guns at home either, so at least learn a martial art I’ll say

I mean I can see myself buying a gun so I can have it in my car or house but I don’t see myself carrying a gun, especially because you can’t get in a bar or any place with a gun at least in my country

Right? At first I felt good because I didn’t get hit and they backed up when confronted me and I didn’t feel bad for them, but felt like an idiot afterwards for some reason, probably because it was a stupid situation and my brother could have gotten hurt

Thanks for your input! Right, as I mentioned I hope this was my last fight. The next morning I went to the hospital because my foot was hurting a little because of the kick I gave and wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything bad and while I was waiting a guy came in with his face bleeding a lot and screaming from pain, and I thought that something like this could’ve happened to us and we got lucky that nothing bad happened. So as you mentioned it is better to walk away. Also so much truth in the k…

I've realized that I got better results by keeping simple, wash my face with just water and apply moisturizer with sun protection, I cut diary and drink a lot of water. My skin improved a lot however this month I decided to go to a dermatologist, I tried it by myself with some good results but not good enough. So try by yourself and if the results are not good go to a dermatologist, you are your best investment, the sooner the better

I have never understood why people ask for advice and when they are given such advice they won't take it...you could be a genius but that won't matter unless you make a good first impression and it seems like you're failing at that. Looks matter, posture and confidence as well so take it or leave it but denial won't help you. Edit: Grammar

Is there really a chance to see her around? Like, do you both work out or do something in there that will cause you to run into her? If not, then move on. If yes, then wait to run into her. Showing too much interest is not a good thing. Don't add her on facebook or anything, she might think of you as creepy, If you do see her again just act casually. She had her reasons to not give you her number and you adding her on facebook just indicates desperation, like, "I don't have anything else to do b…

Thanks for taking the time to write this, it's good material. As mentioned I think it could have a better format, commas for instance, it gets really tiring to read after a while.

Haha I get it, sorry if my comment sounded like I took it the wrong way, I think that as long as you are average you have really good chance, as you mentioned if you are really ugly it could be harder.

If I got my girl stolen by a dude who just talked to my girl for 1 minute and acted like a friend and me having the whole afternoon with her then I'll be mad with myself for not being able of engaging her properly.

Yeah right, just cuz you haven't done it it has to be a made up story, and you linking this to another thread tells me you are the kind of person that feels good trying to humiliate other people. Go out and live your own life bro.

I don't know man, I'm average I was decently dressed though, that might have help. But I get your point.

Hi man, it was a 7 years relationship. I was buying a present for my dad and went to it something.

That's a great advice! I just got out of a really long relationship so I'm trying to get those skills back, not really looking for anything serious thanks bro

I'm 90% sure it was a first date, 10% might be a friend, 0% was a long term, I had a 7 years relationship and it didn't seem like one.

It doesn't matter man, I'm all about developing skills not really looking for a relationship so whatever comes is well received.

No man, no yet.. Might be that but there was an interaction before so most likely it is her right number, I could be wrong of course but still it was cool.

Nah man, first I am not stealing anything, she is a person not an object... Then I did it in a way in which the guy wouldn't fell bad, I was just an old friend, I didn't hurt him besides I got 1 minute, he had the whole afternoon so if he can't "win her back" then she wasn't interested at all, also its a first date, they are not a couple. And I'm not looking for my soulmate just yet so her fucking me over is not really a concern.

That one is good but in a case like this: girl with a guy and after you got good signals from her, otherwise it could result very badly.

That's what I thought, and the way I talked to her was like if I was just a friend, so I think that the dude didn't realize what was going on...he even said bye to me...thanks man! That opener worked better than I thought it would. Try it out!

It was so smooth that at the end I couldn't believe it, the whole game lasted like 15 minutes and it was pretty exciting.

I just wrote down this and it might help you: https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/4oqzgu/so_today_i_got_the_number_of_a_girl_having_a/ It could be harder, but it is not impossible, I'll say that the malls are good places, a guy might as well be buying something or just eating so it is not weird to be there alone, like my case I tried first to call her attention and once I knew she was interested I went towards her, if she says NO who cares, you won't see her again.. a bookshop is a good …
