28,M here and been working out seriously for 1.5 years and saw great progress. At this point in your journey, the number one thing you have to do is hit the gym hard like a monster consistently for two years.. get a couple of friends who are hard into the gym and hangout with them all the time. Or pay money for a badass trainer who will kick your ass and push you to your limits. You don’t have to quit alcohol right now, it’s not necessary. Fine tuning your diet comes later.

And where is the medicine cabinet generally in the US? (Is it the wall mounted shelf with the mirror door? And what else could it be?) I am a foreigner living in the US in a moderately sized city that has been in the news recently and is the Soytifa capital of the world. Apparently this place is known for high depression rates based on some articles as of 2017/2018. Data and my observation seem to be in sync.

This post is like saying a long goodbye to a friend at the door of a restaurant after having dinner together, and then seeing that you both have to walk the same way to get to your vehicles. \m/ Good one though. This is very similar to the stock market too.. A good trader has his "strategy" (a pattern that he will trade only if and when it appears), and there is a certain risk-reward involved with the strategy.. so among 50 trades, he ends up with many small losses, but a few BIG wins.

My observations on this subject have been that NoFap has to be done for reasons other than getting more attractive to women. Also, it has to be combined with other wellbeing efforts such as meditation, lifting, working hard on your side hustle, improved mental clarity, cold approaching hotter girls than you normally would, etc.. If not, you tend to get desperate and start texting landwhales just to get an easy lay (atleast that's what happened to me)
