Can you point out a sample size that is not "very very very small", like a number that is "normal" or "large enough"? The authors report confidence intervals. Exactly, which makes the title entirely misleading. Anyone with basic reasoning skills understands that Harvard didnt study the whole country or world with one study. But they might have studied a representative sample, or in some other way reasonably extrapolated to the general population. That is what the title leads us to believe.
