Stop perpetuating the idea that sex is foremost on mens' minds. That is something that the media has sown into pop culture. I would say if the guy is drunk and the girl isn't like pass out (i.e. she drunkenly consented to a drunken dude) then it's not rape. If on the other hand, she got drunk and the dude was not drunk, then I would say he was taking advantage of her especially if she physically CAN'T say no because she's that wasted. I mean, if some sober chick decided to butt fuck you while you were blacked out, would you REALLY just say "well, I guess that's my bad."
