Well, same percentage of non voluntary circumcisions, but amount of victims will be lower than on higher birth rate. Please correct me, if I'm totally wrong. You need to understand that as an European I really don't understand RIC. Human rights and genital autonomy, you know. ;)

No offense, but every boy who will not born in US is safe against non consensual MGM aka RIC. His body, his choice. Circumcision rate is under 1% here in Nordic.

No, this happened in 2016. He got dna test results in April 2016. His child 2nd birthday was in June 2016 and He left the claim in District court of Helsinki on August 2016. This case is more complicated than just this. https://www.iltalehti.fi/perheartikkelit/a/9b0dfc81-db99-453e-8fa6-bc27e64d37e3

I'm not sure how old is this law, but you need to know Finland hasn't been the happiest country in the world after WWII like now last four times in a row. Perhaps lawmaker tried to find solution how to get a father for all children even they were not own. Idk.

There is a law in Finland at this moment, you need to deny your fathership two years after birth at latest. He said to be in shock and the dna test pack rested on his car trunk four months etc. He was too late in court. Quite sad, but so true.

May I ask. When you marry a woman in your gulf country. If they are educated and work somewhere, do they continue their work after getting married? Or is it normal to just eat and lay on sofa the rest of their life. I don't know your culture at all. Here in Nordic we have feminism and equality of gender, but both continue to work still. And we have kindergarden for children.

It can be, but remember there is no universal social security in US similar way than in Germany or Finland. If you are poor/unemployed in US, you have no proper health care. Do not get sick there. Taxation in US can be lower, but you and your employer will pay for health insurance anyway. Healthy food is quite expensive in California and Washington D.C. Much higher than in Germany. How much do you need to pay yearly for "Krankenkasse" in Germany? Ask for your parents. In Germany you don't have t…

Sorry, but I'm European and don't understand why this topic were quarantined? How is like freedom of speech in US? This shocking or highly offensive? Real life is not just a lullaby.

Genital autonomy is not about how it feels like after MGM/FGM or what is loss, but is there consent of that baby boy/girl/intersex.

Luckily you are unmutilated/intact. Uncut or uncircumcised is like you are on a waiting list to correct what is wrong. You still have a choice to mutilate yourself if you like.

I'm not a believer, but not against any cult/religion, but do they ask girls/boys their consent when cut genitals as infant? Baby is like 'tabula rasa'. He/She has no belief-system inbuilt. What is freedom of religion, if his/her parents decide to cut just, cause of their belief? Do they have to mutilate, cause of cult as infant. Is heaven(?) further if he/she decide to mutilate his/her own genitals later in life (as adult), if he/she think that is necessary? "The smaller the boy, the weaker his…

Human rights perspective there is no difference if the procedure was done non-consenting way to boy/girl/intersex. Baby is not a doll. Parents, family or community don't own his/her body, IMO.

There are several types of FGM. Type I is similar than MGM. https://www.who.int/sexual-and-reproductive-health/types-of-female-genital-mutilation

I'm for genital autonomy of children- female, male and intersex. Let them decide by themselves when they are old enough. Whether to cut or not. Intact/unmutilated is a normal state. All others are moderated by human. I do allow/understand it for medical reason. I'm not counting any pros and cons. It doesn't matter. All is to have his/her consent. For cutting genital needs his/her consent, not parents, family or community. There is something weird, if the community reject/discriminate unmutilated…
