10	Full of resentment Yep I can resonate with this one. I'm in the UK but have also been fighting out a financial split for the last 2.5 years. Had 3 court appearances and have spend about £90k in legal fees so far. Done 5 rounds of financial disclosure. Also a high earner ( > £300k) and have been taken for everything. 2	Who is fighting? Believe it or not, she's getting everything in the pot. All of my pension, and all of the equity in the house plus a very healthy monthly spousal and child maintenance. I'm walking away with nothing. 3	Who is fighting? UK based here, but been fighting my (soon to be ex) wife for 2.5 years so far over our financial split. Had 3 court hearings and spend north of £60k (about $80k) in legal fees so far (before I've actually given her a penny).
