The only way to entirely ensure that social punishment doesnt occur would be to not reveal the identities until there is a verdict, but the accuser will still almost definitely tell people the accused's name and information, and it will eventually get to the same level

That is largely why I dont affiliate with either political party fully. I completely agree that both groups will always see themselves as victims. A sad reality of having this view though is that very few people will agree with us, and most people will fully disagree actually lmao. if it makes you feel any better, i was raised a narcissist and i (thankfully) am no longer. in my case it was my father who made me that way, and interacting with my mom helped alot. im a year younger than your daughter, but she (and i obv) is at an age where she is still molding into the person she will be. just be there for her, support her, and love her. small things like that go a long way.
