2	Did anyone used to be an alpha male but things happened and you changed? good for you man! I was a bit different. I had supreme confidence while married, I was super friendly and knew i could get any chick i wanted if i so desired(even if it was all in my head :). The thing is, i was just being friendly and myself and it attracted women. This has been the first time in my life that i had not felt that! 1	I've read a little of the new tab, my head hurts, I'm even more confused.. I'm new too, but heres some thoughts. Don't read too much, figure out what you want and then try to get it. If you just want to get a number, then work towards that goal. Find a topic, anything thats interesting. For instance, wikileaks. Go to a bar and when you see a girl you find attractive, don't think just approach. Say hi and ask what they think of (chosen topic). Then let the conversation flow naturally. In the end though i think this can make someone more alpha. The hardest rejection is when its so close to you. 1	Congruence when you're likely to get a LOT of negative feedback up front? I think to seal the alpha attitude in, you have to not care about negative feedback. Try talking to old people or guys, work up to HBs.
