1	My school is doing it right. yeah people shouldn't lie. If somebody catches you in a lie, then they'll never listen to you again. 7	need advice on how to confront my female supervisor at work tough situation. Don't know if I can help you much here. I was fired the same way by a woman supervisor (suddenly and without warning) due to "poor performance" even though I had never been told I was doing shitty work. I don't know if I can help, but here are some thoughts. 1) HR might not be able to do anything. 2) Do you have any other contacts/people at your firm you trust that you can talk to to get another position?
