3	2nd “immediate restraining order” denied in less than a month I’m very glad you my spouse did the same thing I didn’t get a chance to defend myself important now I have a restraining order against my son. All she had was a statement full of lies on the third court date. I even asked if I make a statement can I defend myself cause I video evidence to prove their lies the judge told me I have to go to trial to do that. When I told my attorney, he left out information on the preliminary stipulation he responded with. I’m filing to be removed as your attorney within then in the afternoon he’s trying to make deals. 1	Divorce Contempt of Court First day of the divorce course started with me getting to sit down at the defendant table before I even sat down. I say I’m not the defendant.
