2	How successful are you in other facets of life and what are you doing to improve yourself? Positively reinforce yourself! Think of something you did right, add that to your confidence, think of something you did wrong, work out what u can do better, forget the thing you did wrong, add the improved action to you confidence. Nothing says to another person "hey im awesome" like feeling that you are awesome. 6	I'm SICK of browsing r/foreveralone & r/depression only to wallow in my own self pity - so I've decided to change, and need your advice guys... I'm really focusing on positively reinforcing myself, building confidence and enjoying my life, for me this is about enjoying the good and brushing off the bad. Yea sounds reasonable, we had talked quite abit so I felt kind of confortable talking with her (the approach and first minute is really the only hard part for me, apart from actually asking for a date) but thinking back we had only talked about the size of the shirt I was trying on etc. So yea I will try and remember to include more personal small talk!
