3	What‘s your thoughts on first dates in bars? So prior to the pandemic, when I felt comfortable meeting in a public location, I always preferred meeting for drinks over dinner for several reasons. The first is, drinks help me relax and take the edge of a sometimes nervous experience. The second is, if it’s the first time I’m meeting someone and i haven’t figured out whether or not I like them, I don’t want to commit to a 2 hour dinner.
