I can't really say it was anywhere specifically in the time line. The hardest times were when I felt I'd made progress, and then realised I'd spent another day in bed, or I'd flaked out on going out, and I had fears I'd just gone back to how I was. Sounds like it might get tough for a while for you. My therapist, in the early days, advised me to listen to my body. If I'm tired, then sleep. If I needed a break, then take one. Being creative is really positive. Take pride in that. I'd like to suggest a book that has really helped me out. A new earth, by eckhart Tolle.
