I used to work as a part-timer at famous German courier service. The max limit for the packages there was around 31Kg. It was a normal sight there that if a male worker happened to be loading/unloading a truck with seemingly lighter packages (clothes and stuff) he would be replaced by the supervisor with a female worker if the truck at the female worker´s station contains heavier packages.
