At least she didn’t report him to DCF and try to get full custody to get more money out of him.

These women demanding “equality” are really just looking for money.

This is honestly fucked up. It would be like saying “I was wary of Black people and now my child is Black” That article probably wouldn’t fly at the guardian would it?

The child support issue is awful. I am in MA going through a divorce and spent over $90k in legal bills largely litigating child support. In addition to weaponizing DCF, she faked child care receipts just so she could get the max child support. But she failed, got caught.. and I spent $90k that could have gone towards housing, college or retirement.

I do mean the patriarchy. The point was some accountability. I’m also coming from a unique perspective having been married to someone who didn’t take accountability in the relationship, didn’t have much of a career or drive for education, and needed to be constantly cared for. So I’ll admit that is affecting my broader views here

Can you blame them? Our society puts them on a pedestal and treats them like children and as a result many don’t develop into properly functioning adults. There are structural problems which are remnants of an archaic system that need addressing and many men (especially older men) are complicit.

MA. Mid divorce. Most punishing and unfair child support laws in the country. I’ve also been leftist my whole life, but now I see the dark side. The laws here invite systematic abuse by women. Best bet is to fight back and expose it.

I also got banned from another sub (interesting as fuck i think?) for being in this sub. It just makes the value of this sub more obvious

Hard disagree. I am all for emotionally immature women refusing to get married Most women get married, blame their husband for their unhappiness, and then file for divorce. She’s two steps ahead of the curve by refusing to get married in the first place

I used to think this was a shitty thing to do. And then I got married. You’re making the right choice. If you’re gonna give your assets away, then give them away, but don’t ever let anyone take them from you

Women blame their marriage for their unhappiness and decide to get divorced To me, this is just Darwinism in action

You are 100% correct I just looked it up. You might be able to argue for unfair business practices, but it’s a longshot; it’s a slow and expensive legal process.

Honestly, you should take this to court for double standards by Apple

blaming the father who abandoned the child or the mother who had a child with a loser Or maybe the mother and father just don’t get along or the mother is a narcissist and there’s nothing wrong with the father? Even in a men’s rights sub the bias still exists 🤯

Lawyer up and get to court ASAP and they’ll override the stip. I am going through similar situation , wife is dragging out divorce while she commandeered the marital home and refuses to pay the mortgage.

Is she asking for marital assets as an advance payment to cover her attorneys fees which would be credited later in the divorce? Or are you paying out of your paycheck? It’s not quite clear.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
