I agree the courts lean way too hard toward the female. However, it takes two to make a baby. If it was his he should man up. Abortion ended that argument though. I think they are pretty well protected in most cases. My dad broke up a few fights in his career. He got subpoenaed one time and it was only to testify about who started what. He has also come home bruised. All in all I think it’s okay if the teacher can handle it easily, but in a majority of cases it’s best to get the resource officer (if there is one).
