I do, I’ve felt this way ever since I was a kid. I’ve always felt like a monster just because of my gender. Hell, I’ve considered wearing that bunny costume from a Christmas story just to appear somewhat unthreatening lol.

All I know is this, men (in the US) had a lot of institutional power back in the day, especially since they were the only ones who were allowed to vote. Thankfully, most of the laws that severely handicapped women in this country have been removed over the years. The only laws off the top of my head that still hurt women today are the abortion ban and (debatably) the wage gap. So yeah, in a technical sense, men have institutional power over women but it is so small that it’s almost laughable to …
