1	Does anyone have any advice on quieting your anxiety? This always helps me, but it's like a daily longterm thing. Ask yourself "am i truly anxious, or am i just giving myself anxiety by thinking old thoughts". If you've grown to think of yourself as an anxious person, it's difficult to heal from anxiety because that's become a way you view yourself. Also try and ask yourself WHY you worry so much. 1	What do you think is the most common reason for why women wear makeup? I think women take offense to the idea that a dude's comment towards them is supposed to matter that much.
