Today, game developers shoehorn female soldiers in WW2 games, unabashedly erasing men's coerced sacrifice from popular culture, all for money. I don't really have a dog in this fight, but that's a pretty lame excuse. Their portrayal implies its what they believe happened at ww2. The bill of rights specifically protects against cruel and unusual punishment and if you ask me getting raped or beaten up is cruel and unusual.
