Can't do or say much here, but I'll remember you in my prayers. I know how you feel brother.

It's a normal phase that will pass. There's no medication for it and no shortcuts. The duration depends on how you handle it. I chose to read spiritual books like 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle and 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel. One of the major takes from these books is the power of accepting reality... or the present. She's gone, moved on without you, and you must accept that reality and move on as well. It will not be easy, but I hope things will get better soon brother.

My ex-wife did the same shit. She cheated and told me about it, then shortly after that she wanted to leave the marriage. She went and told our friends how horrible I am and even told my best friends. Most of them believed her, and now they don't even talk to me. I just chose to be quiet. I never explained anything to those who believed her. I'm sure one day they'll know the real truth. If that day never comes; so what? I'm glad she's out of my life.

She couldn't satisfy her needs out there, and that's why she came back. She knows your weaknesses and wants a resting place before she strikes again and leaves you. I would do some sophisticated shit like agreeing to meet with her and then taking the new woman with you.

My brother, you need to do counseling for yourself. Become a better person for yourself. Don't seek therapy just to get her back. Do it for your own well-being. Do it for your future relationships and / or marriage. She's probably hurting so much right now. Give her space to heal while you work on yourself. Saying that you'll never get married again is the first sign of giving up instead of being responsible and accountable for your actions. Don't make emotional decisions as that will leave you …

You need to get help. Seek counseling for your behavior. You'll need to gain your wife's trust. She forgave you once, and you did it again. You haven't proved that you won't do it again if she forgave you one last time. You'll need to show her that you're truly sorry and are seeking help. Don't give up on your marriage. If you really love her, then show her. However, love alone won't be enough. It'll need to be coupled with trust.

She's probably feels empty and social media is the only place where she feels worthy. Remember, people on social media will only tell you what you want to hear. People who tell others the truth about their life situation often get blocked. She's empty and desperate for attention.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
