Asking would be better, especially because a lot of guys won't pay for sex or they just can't afford it. 2	how do you flirt? Dressing well helps a lot too because then they'll have a good first impression of you. And I cannot stress a sense of humor. The best way to make a person feel good around you is to make them laugh.
