A job’s compensation is not based off how much physical work you have to do. Jobs are compensated by the worth they generate and the demand of their position. Even today most women wouldn’t consider those jobs because they aren’t considered for them from birth. That’s not to say that they couldn’t do these jobs, it’s just not socially normal.
